I appreciate that buying art online can be a bit daunting, I therefore offer a 14 Day Money Back Guarantee.
I want you to be satisfied with your purchase, so this is why I have a no questions asked return policy. You can return the goods within 14 days of receipt for a refund.
I will refund your purchase minus the cost of return shipping costs.
I will arrange the collection and return shipping with my trusted courier.
This is not applicable for commissions, please be aware that commissions cannot be returned.
Acceptance of returns outside of the 14 days time-frame will be at my discretion.
I will not accept returns for items that have been damaged post delivery. If this is the case, the item will be returned to you at your expense. Any damage in-transit from me must be reported to me within 24hrs of receipt of the item.
If you would like to return an item within 14 days of your purchase then get in touch via info@shelleyandersonart.com. You will need to state your order number, name, address and a reason why you wish to return the item.
I will refund your purchase when I’ve received and checked the item.
Please allow up to 10 working days for a refund.
Preparing for a return
The item needs to be returned to me in its original protective packaging or packaging sufficient to protect the item in transit. I will arrange the collection and return shipping with my trusted courier.

If you have received the wrong item, please follow the return process and state “wrong item” as a reason. Once I have received and checked the item and agree that it is wrong, I will refund you the full amount including the cost of delivery
How can I cancel my order
If you would like to cancel your order, please email to notify me that you wish to cancel. If the order has already been processed, you will have to follow the standard return process described above.
